The Transport Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO (the “TWU”), a creditor and party in interest in the chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of the above-captioned debtors and debtors-in-possession (the “Debtors”), submits this objection (the “Objection”) to the Application of American Eagle Airlines, Inc. for Entry of an Order Authorizing the Retention and Employment of Bain & Company, Inc. as Strategic Consultants Nunc Pro Tunc to December 14, 2011 (the “Application”).
